Almond Flour Brownies

Ingredients
  

  • ½ cup almond flour
  • ¼ cup cacao powder
  • 1 tbsp cinnamon (optional)
  • 2 large eggs
  • 3 ts melted coconut oil
  • 2 overripe large peeled bananas
  • ¼ cup honey or maple syrup
  • 5 medjool dates
  • 2 tbsp milk of your choice
  • 1 ts vanilla extract
  • ½ tbsp baking soda
  • pinch salt
  • cup chopped dark chocolate

Instructions
 

  • Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease or line a baking pan with parchment paper.
  • In a blender, combine mashed bananas, honey or maple syrup, eggs, almond butter, vanilla extract, baking powder, and salt. Blend until smooth and well combined.
  • In a separate mixing bowl, whisk together dry ingredients apart from the chocolate chips
  • Pour the wet mixture from the blender into the bowl with the dry ingredients. Stir until everything is well incorporated. If desired, fold in chocolate chips into the batter.
  • Pour the batter into the prepared baking pan and spread it evenly.
  • Bake in the preheated oven for 20-25 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean.
  • Once baked, remove from the oven and let it cool in the pan for a few minutes before transferring to a wire rack to cool completely.
  • Slice into squares and serve. Enjoy your deliciously moist and flavorful blender banana almond flour brownies!

These brownies can be stored in an airtight container at room temperature for up to 3 days, or in the refrigerator for up to a week. Enjoy them as a delightful snack or dessert any time of the day!
